We – Vayam Consulting – are an education consulting firm with a vision of creating a value-driven edu-system for the holistic development of children. We strongly believe in imbibing values of respect, urge to learn, collaborate and reinvest. We are engaged in consultancy of Language development through Jolly Phonics and Grammar for schools.
We at Vayam Consulting offer effective Jolly Phonics and Grammar training to teachers, special educators, and parents that enable us to deliver for the next generation. Jolly Phonics is a well-known methodology for teaching the English language and is accepted worldwide. It is the multisensory method. Jolly Phonics is a complete English language development program for children aged 3-10 years old. The child-centerd approach enables children to make rapid progress.
The training methods are developed and deployed based on the specific needs of the participants. Our strength is training across all strata of society. We aim to cascade the learning from schools of high repute where students and teachers come from a high intellectual background to government schools where the children come from an underprivileged part of society. We have trained over 4000+ teachers and students through this methodology with equally encouraging results. Our team has extensively worked on training teachers and children from underprivileged areas of society for the last five years.

Years of experience
The faculty consists of rich collective experience of over fifteen years in pre-primary education and parent counselling and have vivid exposure in the field. The team is currently working on various projects for implementation and up gradation of pre-schools.
We conduct Reading Program using Jolly Phonics (age 4-7 years) and Jolly Grammar (age – 6-10 years) classes for Children. We offer Writing Skills, Handwriting Improvement and Effective Communication programs.

Reading Program for children using Jolly Phonics
Developing the much-required reading skills from an early age gives an added advantage to children. Reading abilities gives them a strong foundation and confidence. Using Jolly Phonics Methodology (developed by Jolly Learning, UK), children build their vocabulary and learn the correct way of pronouncing words. It also helps them in writing independently by listening for the sounds. As English is a primary mode of communication in our system, a good command of English helps ease understanding of all subjects.

Jolly Grammar Classes for Children
Jolly Grammar builds on the solid foundation given by Jolly Phonics. The teaching of Jolly Grammar is multisensory and especially suitable for young children. During this course, children will develop dictionary skills, improve vocabulary and comprehension and learn spelling rules. With this knowledge, children will spell and punctuate more accurately and better understand how language works.

Teacher Training Program and Workshops in Schools
The regular course is conducted using a proven structured framework. However, based on the needs of the group and the participants, we can customize the contents and time.
Course Framework –
Offline – Two days
Online – Two and a half hrs for five days
On successful completion of the course, each participant will be awarded a course completion certificate
Writing Skills
Any form of writing – is a skill. Good writing skills allow you to communicate your message with clarity. Writing has to be accurate, as it lacks body language. Therefore, to convey a thought, an emotion, an event rests squarely on the writer’s shoulder. Children need writing skills in a literate society. There is a close relationship between speech and writing. Each reinforces the other in the process of language development.
We need to develop writing skills irrespective of your school board gradually. Writing skills developed in school go a long way in adult life.
Class 3 to 7 – hourly sessions, 3-5 times a week.
Handwriting Improvement Program
Writing is an essential job skill. It should have exciting ideas, effective organization of thoughts, specific word choice and flow.
The most important part of writing is, it should be legible.
Scientific methods are extensively used in our Handwriting Improvement Programme. The programme helps in improving handwriting by delivering easy tips for warming up and simple drills for practice. It discusses the sitting position, positioning the paper and pen, Gross and Fine motor skills and grip correction in detail. It also discusses few techniques which can be used to make handwriting aesthetically pleasing.

Effective Communication
The process how a message travels between a sender and receiver using various channels, is known as communication. Message may be a thought, an idea, a picture, symbol, report, order or even a simple smile!
The sharing of information between people should be effective so that the purpose or intention is fulfilled in the best possible manner. In simple words the receiver must understand what the sender wishes to say or instruct.
Effective communication fosters trust with others which helps in resolving problems. It provides clarity, direction and improves productivity. It helps in creating better relationships which helps in promoting team building.
Activity Based Learning Kits
We provide activity-based learning kits for pre-primary (Kinder Garten) and primary students based on National Council of Education Research and Training (NCERT) guidelines in sync with National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
As a part of our journey, we have developed child-centric activities to unleash their learning through practice. These games, built with instructions, are handy for compelling reading and writing skills right from four years of age. The collection of games helps children implement their classroom learnings while playing them. Our experience shows the learning becomes more fun for the child without the additional burden of memorizing the concepts using activities.
