Other leaks spoke to a first/third-person perspective, which seemed pretty exciting – there was a reveal on a completely open world and a fresh multiplayer too. The game is also said to run on Unreal Engine, while players will be able to grow their hero status without paying attention to the main quest, although the building of towns could impact it in some way. Rather not so excitingly, it was also claimed that there would be no firearms whatsoever, but that’s hardly supposed to be an issue.

There are pretty much endless rumors about what Rocksteady will wind up releasing next. There were also a few details as it pertains to the story, with Albion and Aurora understood to be completely destroyed following the Mad King causing an asteroid to hit the planet by rebuilding the Spire. A world rebuild is necessary but there is another asteroid on the way, sadly. However, Fable’s Theresa and the Heroes Guild managed to survive by going through a demon door, while Jack Blades is set to make a return.
So, maybe Fable is being kept under wraps for now but a mere comment from Spencer would have been enough to calm concerns over whether or not the game is in development. Of course, enough reputable sources have reported that it is, which is enough to go on, but hearing confirmation from the man himself would have left fans of the franchise more than pleased.
